Mangalam Momento: Booking Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to bookings made through the Mangalam Momento booking form.

Note: Stamp Duty, Registration, GST or any other tax will be applicable as per Government rules. Any changes in taxes by the Central Government, State Government or Local Bodies will be applicable to the Purchaser, and the Purchaser has to pay them from time to time.

  1. The booking cheque should be in favour of “PREETAM PRAKASH ASSOCIATES RERA DESIGNATED COLLECTION ACCOUNT FOR MANGALAM MOMENTO”.
  2. Government taxes are to be paid in favour of “PREETAM PRAKASH ASSOCIATES STAMP DUTY ACCOUNT” at the time of booking.
  3. Booking under this offer is not transferable and is valid for a limited period of time.
  4. Customers should register the agreement within 21 days from the date of booking.
  5. The above-mentioned taxes and duties are approximate and may change based on Government policies.
  6. A unit cost above ₹50 lakh attracts 1% TDS.
  7. Floor rise is applicable above the 5th floor: 2 BHK ₹12,000, 2.5 BHK ₹15,000 and 3 BHK ₹17,000 per floor.
  8. Society maintenance charges for up to 1 year: 2 BHK ₹65,000, 2.5 BHK ₹70,000 and 3 BHK ₹75,000, plus applicable GST.
  9. Legal fees of ₹15,000 are to be paid before registration of the agreement.
  10. A home loan from the in-house banking team is mandatory. External bankers are not permitted. A charge of ₹40,000 will apply if an outside banker is engaged.

  12. The management reserves the right to refuse any booking without giving any reason thereof.
