The following deduction schedule shall apply from the date of booking of the unit, subject to applicable MahaRERA provisions and disclosed project-specific terms.

Note: All applicable deductions shall be calculated on the Agreement Value of the allotted unit and shall be subject to the prevailing MahaRERA regulations and applicable statutory provisions.
